Drawing on his experience as a professor at Stanford and Harvard, the Dean of Yale’s School of Management, and the founding Dean of Apple University, he remarked:

“Teaching has never been just about what I can put into students; it is what I can coax out of them collectively so that each individual is the beneficiary of the perspectives of the others with whom they are sharing their learning journey.”
